Sashimi I had was SO, melt-in-your-mouth, delicious... &Shiro-miso, yum. They have some of the best Japanese food around. My... Japanese friends and I really enjoy eating here. Went here for my birthday and it was good. Only reason not giving it 4*s is due to service. One server and the whole restaurant... was full so things were slow. Not the servers fault, she did a good job. Don't get any of the Temaki, Handrolls, almost no fishin them and expensive. Stick to Nigiri (sushi) which was good. they were very attentive to my needs, the tea was very high quality and most important of all, literally everything was prepared... perfectly! the noodles, the rice especially, the meat was so moist and perfect, and the salad was so crunchy and fresh. the soupwas a little sweet for me but i rarely eat sweets, and its just a personal preferance. i live way up in sedro woolley, but iwill drive here just for this resteraunt. so good. Great sushi! Safe for people with tree nut allergies.

My husband and I shared the vegetable tempura appetizer, and each ordered a shirts shirashi bowl. That comes with salad and... soup. Both are delicious; the salad crisp with their lovely dressing, and the soup piping hot. The appetizer was yummy, and, asalways, the shirashi was fresh and stunning.
