The cold brew coffee was very good. The chicken salad sandwich was ok. I did not care for the bagel chips that came with the... sandwich. We had to ask for our table to be wiped down and the fork I was given was dirty. I might consider returning forcoffee, but I don't intend to eat here again. Read more
A very welcoming atmosphere. A cute little glass shelf of fresh homemade baked goods. A menu full of delicious sandwiches,... toasts, and drinks. I love places/people that will surprise me with something yummy to drink. Both gals working that day werelovely and very helpful with suggestions, with a smile the whole time. I was delighted with a ?nectar latte?, lavender, vanilla,and honey. Yum! Go and stick around a while. Wish we hadn?t been leaving town that morning and in a scurry. Read more
A quaint and irresistibly charming café with a rotating menu of original and creative drinks, home made bakery items, and... breakfast-lunch menu that keeps me happy every time I come and no matter what I order. The staff is kind, attentive, andflexible allowing for substitutions and personalizations that will allow anyone to enjoy their wide variety of items regardlessof their dietary needs. I love the food, and I love the atmosphere. It?s one of the few locations in my hometown that can nevergo away without it stopping being home. Read more
I stopped today to have one of their croissant sandwiches, which are generally great. But not today. I bought a tuna sandwich... which I believe is made with cream cheese. Somewhere along the mixing process they did not mix it well enough and came too mewith "globs" ( I know bad word) of cheese. It really ruined the sandwich. This is not a complaint other than a take notice forthe staff. I will be back and my rating is on the sandwich, not the restaurant. Which is great. Read more
Stopped in to check it out and was pleased to discover how cute this place is. Asked for a recommendation and the owner asked... if I liked coconut. She made me a coffee that was fantastic! Reminded me of an almond joy bar- which I love! Def be back andwould bring a date here in a heartbeat. Read more
We stopped here just to get a quick meal on a road trip and were surprised to have some of the best vegan food and drinks of the... whole trip. The chickpea sandwich was a real standout as one of the better interpretations of that kind of sandwich that I?vehad! The staff was very accommodating and the menu breaks down any dietary/allergen concerns better than most. Overall, I wasincredibly impressed and would recommend Shanahan?s to anyone coming through the area. Read more
