As all Taco bell locations the staff is lazy. They demand you to use the kiosk even after explaining to them that the kiosk... won't allow you to place an order to be made the way you want. Example, change the crunchy tacos to soft that come with themeal. Refuse to serve you unless you use the kiosk. Read more
I?ve visited this Taco Bell a lot and they?re usually make my order perfectly. But today they were a little bit off. I ordered... my meal, it came out wrong (bacon instead of sausage). I went back for my meal to be fixed and this time they left out thesausage altogether. Read more
Very disappointed and quite frankly aggravated. I had to throw everything away. The chicken plank I ordered was so hard, it was... literally inedible. The shell of the soft taco I received was so wet and slimy, something was definitely off with it. I am notaccustomed to just throwing money away, but with the price of gas and distance from my home, it is too far to drive back andreturn the items and get my money back. I wish I could say this is the first time I have received subpar food from thislocation, but I can promise it will be the last time. I am also writing a formal letter to corporate because there wassomething distinctly wrong with the soft taco shell, it was very wet and slimy, almost as if someone had spit in the food. Well I didnt have a good experience on my last visit. I ordered two bean burritos and two hard tacos in the drive-thru didn't... check my bag because it felt heavy like I had all my food but that wasn't the case. I got all the way home to find I neverrecieved my two hard tacos and I was like oh well no worries things happen but then I opened one of my two burritos to find itsoggy and covered in sauce and not wrapped properly at all. It was a mess and got thrown away. Lets just say I was disappointedwith only eating one burrito and having to chuck the other one in the bin and not recieving the other two tacos. Not sure ifI'll return to this location again. They need a lesson in quality service and proper preparation of food. Read more
We came here for Long John silver's. They didn't have what I wanted so I got taco bell. The sauce in my quesadilla was way too... spicy and they cut very sloppily. The place is filthy. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept all day, the walls haven'tbeen touched in probably months. I was disturbed by the spider webs and dust above my head. Now I know why it was so empty. Last night we came through the drive through. Ordered a few soft tacos some with extra meat. What these employees deemed extra... meat was very sad indeed. Not even enough to call it a regular taco. Meat only halfway across shell. About a tsp of meat. Wehave a family of 7 and absolutely love Taco Bell and go a few times a week. Ita literally 2 mins from our house. But thislocation is getting very bad with quality and service and aorkers are very rude and standoffish. This location is gettinghorrid. Was not pleased at all. Read more
Haven?t been here in about 5 years and doubt we would go back. Ordered from Long John Silvers. They were out of cole slaw the... girl said but it showed up in the bag. Not a lot of other side choices - the LJS in Auburndale has a lot of other choices forsides. Food was okay. Warm not hot. The cole slaw was a bit tart. Some fries were limp, didn?t seem overly fresh. They were outof ice in the front area and the soda fountain was a bit warm for drinks. Store needed some maintenance attention. It was 11 amso would expect it to be pretty clean inside. Went for refill and there was a dead upside down cockroach on the floor. It?sFlorida - they are everywhere. They came and swept it up when I mentioned to them but left food on the floor right by it.
