Another broken down location for Wendy?s. Outside looks dismal? Menu looks half busted? Credit card machines never work?... Sandwiches and meals are never prepared. Like the other locations. Fries or even half full here. Do yourself a favor and go to abetter location as this one has terrible food, prep, and service. Read more
The food is consistent with expectations. Dining Service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere isn't the same as it was when... they remodeled with the fireplace. It stopped working and the seats by the TV are worn out to fast. Not as clean as it us2d tobe. Read more
They always have problems. Either they?re only serving chicken nuggets and fries or like today, the system is down and they... weren?t taking orders. You?re better off going to the one further up the road. Read more
Well I don't know if it's me, but the quality of the food from Wendy's has decayed. The Burgers ???? taste more like plastic. So... sad, because Wendy's was one of the few fast food that had good and fresh food. Read more
This only pertains to the mulberry store. First of all they are not following the Wendy's formula for making chili. It's very... hot and watery with a ton of beans and very little meat sorry to say. The other issue I have with them I have gone in severaltimes and asked for coffee and was told it was not available. The third issue and maybe not so much there fault is you neverknow when the dining area is going to be open I understand the hours had to be cut back for the lack of help but at least postthe hours for the dining room on the door so people don't waste there time. Ordered a $5 meal, a chili and a Double baconator that cost $8. They forgot the double baconator... so my husband went inside.... Came out with a burger in bag assuming surely they wouldn't make a mistake after he showed them the receipt. Got home to aDave's single in the bag. Worst fast food joint ever! Love eating at this Wendy's as it is close to where we live. The past few times I've noticed how awesome the service is. We... always get a friendly "Welcome to Wendy's" when we enter the door from the friendly female manager. On our visit right now wewere even visited by the guy that took our order. He visited our table while we were eating and asked us how our meal was. It'ssmall touches like this that make this location fantastic! They have great values here like the 4 for $4 menu as well as $2.99kids meals all day. This is a great Wendy's. Keep up the great job yall. Read more
