I placed an online order and arrived just about when it was supposed to be ready. As I waited in the online pickup area, a... stream of walk-ins had their orders taken and were served, despite the fact that I had ordered (and paid) 15-20 minutes prior. Iwaited 25 minutes past my estimated pickup time and my order still hadn't been prepared. Since there's no way to cancel anonline order, I'll have to dispute the transaction when it finalizes.
