I placed an online order and arrived just about when it was supposed to be ready. As I waited in the online pickup area, a... stream of walk-ins had their orders taken and were served, despite the fact that I had ordered (and paid) 15-20 minutes prior. Iwaited 25 minutes past my estimated pickup time and my order still hadn't been prepared. Since there's no way to cancel anonline order, I'll have to dispute the transaction when it finalizes. My in app for pickup order was ready when I got there. I asked for an extra hard boiled for my salad and was willing to pay,but... they gave it to me for free. Everything was fresh and the hot food was hot. I ordered chicken tenders with fries, 3 cookies(they have oatmeal and chocolate chip, I ordered both) and a salad. I love the salads here. This one was not disappointing. Theonly drag on my rating is that when I got home I realized they forgot the cookies and I live to far to have gone back.
