This place is a hit and miss sometimes it takes 20 mins for a cup of ice and other times my food is out in a timely manner never... very quickly though. The food it usually good and hot. We ordered our food on the app. The order was one double cheese, burger one hamburger, one large fry, one medium chili cheese... fry, cinnamon bites and a totcho. Three drinks.... very simple... after 4 mins the board said someone was on there way with ourfood... 20 mins later we buzzed back in becuz nothing came to us.. When we buzzed in we were put on hold from about 3 to 5 minsand then when they finally came back, I told them we haven't got our order and while I was still speaking they cut me off andsaid the food was on its way and hung up on me... another 15 mins past by and our food came out minus the cinnamon bites.. thisis beyond ridiculous, and I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. This has to be the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. It takes forever to get someone to take your order, and once they do you... wait and wait to get your food. Even used the app hoping to get better service but that didn?t help. Read more
Terrible service. Marks ordered as delivered on the app before you receive them so this disappear off the digital screen and... your app. Save yourself 30+ minutes and drive to the one in Roland. You'll get service faster even with the drive than wastingyour time at the Muldrow Sonic. Read more
One star because the workers are very nice and friendly, always a long wait to order, long wait on food. I have stopped three... times during lent for a fish sandwich and the are always out, but you can always get one at Roland or Sallisaw. Place is ajoke, don?t waste your time or money there. Read more
The sonic in Muldrow is one of the worst sonics I have ever been to. Since I pass it on my way home I give a chance about 3 or 4... times a month. Their burgers are always so messy you can tell they just slop them together. Most of the time they are also cold.Tonight I stopped by on my way home and ordered a banana milkshake, easy right? No apparently not. First off it took them 15minutes (I timed it) to take my order. After I told her I wanted a banana milkshake she told me it would be another 15 minutesbecause she said, there was only 1car hop on duty. I figured since I waited this long I might as well wait. When she finallybrought it out (with milkshake running all down the sides an you guessed it, no napkins)I paid for it, I left. On the way home Itook a sip an guess what? It wasn?t the banana that I ordered it was a vanilla shake. I have learned my lesson this time to besure an I encourage everyone to go elsewhere for their food an drink. I have had many bad experiences there an never oneapology. Read more
