Beware!!! They are not always open when ordering on the app!! I ordered on a Saturday from the app to do a pick up order, come... to find out they were closed.(The app showed they were open) My order was paid for at the time the order was placed. I calledthe Portales location to report it, a manager called me back and apologized, I was told I would receive a refund and a $10 giftcertificate. Today was my first time eating at something different in Muleshoe Texas. Best experience I've ever had eating somewhere new. The... guy at the register had a great attitude and also a few options of his own to order. I got a Cali spud with the Thai chicken andI've gotta say it was something fierce!! Overall: A slightly better and healthier fast food. Food: Bland to decent. Sometimes food has very little flavor, other times... it's seasoned well. It doesn't taste fresh. Speed: 3-5 minutes depending on your order size (which is good for thequality) Accuracy: They forget to give items so check your order before driving away (3 separate times I've had appetizersmissing from a 3 item order but still got charged). They need some quality control. People: Good. The staff are friendly and arequick to give advice if you can't figure out what you want. The owners are involved and attempt to refine their craft. Otherthoughts: This place reminds me of similar popup like places in Washington State. The food lacks seasoning, and the place as awhole needs some quality control to ensure orders are correct. Literally stopped here on a whim after making a u turn one block down on our way from Moab to Austin. Immediately I was... impressed, very well designed lot, seemless ordering, and massive portions for the price. We order the spaghetti and the superbowl. Perfection! To the 2 star person. Im pleasantly surprised to learn they sell their spaghetti in store, and it's able toget happy marinating in the freezer section for an even better taste than fresh ;). I'm being facetious.
