Customer service was great but I had booked a canoe for Monday. I was told that they were closed but would make an exception and... was assured someone would be there for the time of my booking. Guy was a no show and completely ruined our plans for the day.Wasted my time and money. I did get a refund but we were really looking forward to getting out on the water. I messaged onGoogle to see what was going on and was told the guy would come and help us out. But this was about 30 minutes after the bookingtime and we had already made other plans. Rented a seadoo from Pigeon Lake Boat Rentals for an hour on 26AUG2022 around 5pm, went out by myself and also with my 4 year... old son and 6 year old nephew. Met with the owner Mindy and her son. Both were very polite and kind. They talked to us for abit and were very welcoming. We went out for a ride and enjoyed ourselves. Everything went smoothly. I enjoy renting here. Joe and son are friendly. Ill definitly recommend this boat rentals they provide everything to put the... kayak into our car (except for the roofrack). And even we return the kayak so late jo still give us a time to enjoy the lake.Thanks again Read more
