Probably the worse McDonald?s I have every been too. Waited for 40 min for food at night. Order was missing items, waited longer... to receive because they ignored me. Watched the employee climb through the drive through window. How the owner still owns thisMcDonald?s baffles me. Read more
Haven't been to this store in quite a while decided to give it a try again, but I see nothing has change, the store was... discussing not one table was clean the trash was over flowing, the floors had food on them, the soda machine needed a goodwiping down and didn't work. The staff there are not the most friendliest I also noticed one of the workers walking around incorc's (not the best selection of shoes to wear when working around hot grease). The fries tasted like they were days old andthe buns for the burgers were stale. Will not be going back. Read more

Ordered 3 Happy ?big? kid meals?all 3 had maybe 7 fries in the sleeve including what fell in the box. Didn?t know until I was... home and gave my kids their meals, to say they were disappointed is an understatement! Read more
The older staff are fine but those teens and young adults who work the drive thru here are so nonchalant about messing up your... order. The fries are barely ever fresh they have no issue giving you oily cold fries. Everyone makes mistakes in life so I tryto understand things but for a restaurant in a town like Mullica Hill you'd expect better service than what we get. Last yearthey gave me a burger that was uncooked and raw on the inside. I posted it and management reached out but what's the point ifyour team is STILL doing below the bare minimum for their customers. I don't even order burgers from this place anymore. Theymight kill someone. Only thing I know they won't mess up here is ordering a Dasani water bottle. But even then they might giveyou a warm bottle from a case on the floor smh. Read more

This restaurant got a makeover and it looks awesome. It seems to have a European influenced design that I noticed while living... in Germany. I like the new look. They are embracing automation with an order kiosk and reduced their four registers to down totwo. I prefer talking to a human to place my order (I also want to show my support of workers) so I ordered at the register andnot the kiosk. One of my first jobs was at a McDonalds and it taught me to respect and value those who work. Our sandwiches andnuggets were perfect. One note for management: the apple slices were expired. My wife ate them and then noticed the expirationdate. She said they tasted fine. This McDonalds is U Do It approved! Update (2019-09-19): Not enough staff on my past threevisits. One night it could be because of a perfect storm of calling out. But three times in a row? The manager was handlingthings well in this situation. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food last night. Drive-thru was backed up around the buildingfor the duration of our visit. We made sure to tell the cashier she was doing a great job. You could tell she was trying to keepit together. Ordered a simple double quarter pounder meal, got home with some burger with lettuce, tomatoes and enough mayonnaise for 50... sandwiches... This is the most incompetent workforce... Not the first time they screwed up.. called and was hung up on.. guessthey don't like when you call to tell them the messed up... maybe the owner will see this and respond.
