Told me 20 minutes on a table and ended up waiting an hour because the hostess took me off the list keep in mind I have a broken... leg and arm and told her 2 adults and 2 kids for a Booth and she insisted to give me a table tell I told her look at me I amhandicap I can?t get up from your tables but finally got a booth this will be my last time eating here finally got my food anddidn?t even come close to right so just eating chips and salsa and coke what a great thing to eat for dinner Read more
Food was relatively good. Service was average. Waitress wasn't really concerned about listening to us. We asked for things... multiple times before receiving them. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't. Could do a little better oncustomer service. Read more
I'm afraid to leave my remarks about my visit there, cuz nothing about my visit there was enjoyable and neither was the lady... waiting with me. It was a wreck. She asked to speak to the manager because they wanted to charge her for a bag of free chipsthat she had coming to her. It took 4 people to take care of her order and mine. Chili's WAS my favorite restaurant, won't begoing back there anytime soon. The employees there weren't even clean looking at all. I hate to say that , but when your workingwith the public directly and especially handling food you really should have their hair neatly pulled back and clean fingernalsand most of all don't stand there and argue with a customer who just dropped a big chunk of money at your establishment. We weregoing to dine in but there was a 25 minute wait and there were empty tables and people standing around and waiting to be seated.So that's when we decided to take our order to go. Funny...by the time we stood there waiting for our food it way way passed 25minutes. So I guess we could of set down and waited on our food instead of standing. I hope the other lady leaves a review! Had a really great experience at this location, our waitress Kelsey was amazing, from the time she introduced herself to the... time we left, she was excellent, the order we placed came out exactly as we ordered, she made sure our drinks were replenishbefore we even ask, absolutely will return.. amazing service.. Two of us arrived in the early afternoon and had to wait on the hostess to come to the front. She said just a minute but never... came back. They were NOT BUST AT ALL. Then a young man came and told us he would check to see if there was a table "AVAILABLE"...LIKE REALLY?? I am very surprised at how much this restaurant has went downhill it absolutely needs to have a deep cleaning when we sit down... our legs literally stuck to the seat. I was taking my daughters out for a lunch date and I just know everywhere is understaffedbut I also know that I am paying more and to not even get a refill not even be asked for a refill and to have cold food and noteven catch up fried fries it?s just a it?s just a bummer because I really love the food but my salad even was brown I just hopethat this is just maybe some thing that will catch the managers eye and that they can work to improve on things in the futurethat one girl was likn Read more
My waitress was so sweet and professional. She checked on me several times. My drink never rain dry. I hope I don't slaughter... her name Denazai? Beautiful red hair! This is the 3rd terrible experience that we have had with carry out at the location. Food quantity and quality is poor.... Employees never take responsibility for mistakes and the restaurant is often out of things that they don't let you know aboutwhen you order. Two of our orders had big mouth bites that were obviously partial sandwiches cut in half, instead of 2 completesliders. We will never return to this Chili's for any purpose again. Read more
