This is no longer a friendly upscale place to enjoy a meal. I literally had to ask for my water 3 separate times. Each time the... server said so sorry and still did not bring our water. She managed to bring drinks to 3 others seated at our hibachi , thatarrived after us. She managed to bring our sushi and soup and salads, all ordered after our waters. I did still tip 20 percent, but I am regretting g it now. The thing is, I tip way over 20 percent normally. 20 percent is reserved for bad service But whatif she is happy with 20 percent? She would never know that there was more to be tipped. I am torn. But the sushi is reallygood, the scallop hibachi was much better than my last visit. So. In the grand scheme of things, I will be back. If my serveris terrible again, I will adjust my tip downward to 15 percent. Just to see if that gets attention. I have not complained tomanagement, but maybe that is a better option than reducing tip. Read more

We used to love coming here until tonight. I used to make three meals out of the hibachi dinners. The portion sizes have gone... down drastically. Especially the veggies and rice. Also, my husband noticed that there?s a sign on the front door that says younow have to pay extra for extra veggies. That might be understandable if we actually received the normal portion of veggies. Theservers are friendly but that?s about it. Too expensive for what you get. We won?t be coming back. Read more

It was good and the staff was very friendly. We had a group of 8 and we ordered the party boat and 14 other rolls. All of the... food was good and we left nothing. Some of the rolls we ordered were the yum yum, spicey romance?, super crunch, fire roll andthat's all I can think of now. Read more

This is the worst food I've ever had. Literally got up and walked out, If the rice is even gross, can't expect much. Very dirty... here also. I've noticed the restaurants here, are NIT the same as everywhere else. They're all a half version of the samerestaurant that's somewhere else. What's up with that? Very dirty also. All the people with me agreed also. We ALL left itsitting & left. Uggggh!!! Read more

I chose to come here for Father's Day lunch. It's been over 2 years since we were here last, and we were seated at the hibachi... grill with other families as is customary. However, we didn't do a lot of talking with the rest (which I would have liked). Ithink the pandemic is still keeping people at a distance and that is ok. Our orders were taken. Soon enough our chef arrivedwith all the supplies for our table and then the show began: Spinning and throwing his fork and spatula, big flames from grillto vent hood, little flaming onion rings, and other tricks which are pretty standard fare for hibachi grills. One thing thechef didn't do was attempt to throw food in our mouth... which was a welcome loss to the performance, in my family's opinion. Abit surprising, our chef was a more low key than expected, but still fun and more importantly, very good at grilling for 9people at once. Soup, salad with ginger dressing, fried rice, 2 grilled shrimp, and veggies come with all hibachi meals. I thinkthe fried rice is the standout piece of this ensemble but all of it's good. Each of us then got exactly what we ordered grilledto our specifications... I played it safe and went for the chicken and steak combo, others with me had chicken andswordfish. Overall everything was great: the food was cooked to our liking, the sauces were tasty, the performance was fun, andit's always good to see your food prepared only inches away from your plate on a hot grill. The hibachi prices are higher thanwe normally spend out for a lunch but certainly reasonable for this type of meal and atmosphere, especially on a Father's Daywhere a generous daughter was footing the bill. If you have never been here, or you missed it during the pandemic, you owe itto yourself to check it out now. Read more
