Never had a problem with them or delivery till tonight. We made a 70 plus order and not even half the order showed up. Tried... calling the store and no one would answer so I went up there thinking maybe the driver gave us the wrong order. We get up thereand the dining room was closed so I went through the drive-thru and the manager said he did the order and I told him what wasmissing and he said he would fix it. What restaurant runs out of soda at 5pm? Apparently this one does. I still paid the full meal price though! I elected for a... chocolate shake to replace the soda and my cost went to over $15 for one sandwich, a large fry and a regular size chocolateshake. Once I got home, the sandwich was still nice and hot, and very tasty. I can't say the same about the "fresh cut fries"though. They were cold and tasted like they had been bathing in old oil. Absolutely the nastiest fries I have ever received fromHardee's. The staff were very friendly, but I have a feeling they were new and didn't know how to do a lot of things. New manager, Amber, did really well. Had a situation with a person in the drive through while we were dining in. Despite the... situation, she did really good with holding an understaffed store and still got our food in a timely manner. This was one of the best fast food experience I've had in a very long time. Polite happy staff that seem to all work very well... together. Clean restaurant and order was correct the first time. I was even supposed that the manager walked around therestaurant and asked all customers if they were happy with there meal. I have never seen that before from a fast foodrestaurant. I went to lunch today with my husband and father in law today in Muncie. I have never had a better experience at any Hardee?s.... Tonya was the manager, she is very friendly and efficient. I would hire her in a second to run any business I owned. Thefranchise owner needs to know that she is worth more than she is getting paid. They also need to know that because of her, wewill tell others about Hardee?s. We all had fried chicken sandwiches, they were all cooked just right and piping hot, not likeat other places. I used the drive-thru at 11:00 AM on 7/14/22. The order taker was friendly and speedy to take the order. The window staff were... not personable and without any service skills, prompting my 7 years old passenger to ask, "is that man not very nice?" The foodwas fresh but not good. Read more
We had lunch in the dining room around 2:30pm. We were the only customers inside. The employee at the counter was on his cell... phone the entire time we were there. The dining room had dirty tables and the bench seats were sticky. The women's restroom wasclean. The unsweetened tea container was empty and disassembled at the beverage bar. First off it was a ice box inside. I had to leave my coat on to eat. It took awhile for someone to take my order. Me and my wife... ordered 2 breakfast burrito combos. There was hardly any meat on them. My wife joked it was a egg and cheese burrito. The tasteof the food was awful. I will not be going back to this location! Read more
