I love Jimmy John's but this experience was terrible. I do not eat meat but they have a wonderful veggie sub. For some reason... this time the veggies were frozen which made the sub not worth eating. It was a big disappointment. This location was the onlyone and o ly time I have had a bad experience. Hope they can ensure that doesn't happen again. Read more
The bread was awful. Normally the bread is the best part. It is getting expensive but what isn't now a day. I wish they would... put more ingredients in the sandwich like meat where it wouldn't cost you an arm and a leg. I want to do a follow up. Thecorporate office reached out and were very concerned and asked for more detail. They I believe reached out to the local storemanager to address the above situation. I have not heard back. Not that I need to hear back hopefully they fix the quality andturn back into the Jimmy John's that is more like the one on Ball State's campus. This one is awesome. Read more
Ordered through door dash and got the notification that the order was completed an HOUR after I ordered it but I still hadn?t... received my order. I called and they insisted it was delivered but reluctantly agreed to send another order. Waited another 45minutes and didn?t receive my order again. A neighbor finally came to my door with my order that was left on their doorstep inthe rain. So needless to say my order was delivered to the wrong address, sopping wet, and delivered by my neighbor, NOT thedelivery person. I will say that I only received the one order as well. Contactless delivery is fine but you are supposed toKNOCK on the door so the food is not left in the rain. I got a pile of rusted old lettuce and had to pick out the brown before eating. I ordered a Pepe with extra lettuce and got 3... pieces of ham, 4 pickles and a ton brown lettuce. They forgot tomatoes, Mayo and everything else. I know things are rough rightnow but other people work service jobs to and don?t have time to cook so they order from other service jobs. I won?t call andyell at them because I hate when I?m overwhelmed and it happens to me. I ordered from the wrong store who closed at 10 instead of 1 am. Not only did they accommodate my order tonight and have it... delivered freaky fresh, but the manager Stephanie and the driver Ryan showed their excellent customer service to a lady who hasbeen moving all weekend. I ordered the new chicken caesar wrap. Please don't make this limited, it's delicious. Major applauseto a job well done but your associates. Had a pleasant time at Jimmy Johns recently! I used my rewards and the drive thru employee was super kind! I think his name was... spelled Camilan, but I wasn?t sure, but he rocks!!! It's Jimmy John's, what more do I need to say? We walked in, ordered, and before we could move away we were handed our subs,... Wowwww that was FREAKY FAST DUDES!! The food is always good at Jimmy John's...especially the Veggie Sub...ohhhhhhh ????, thatis my favorite sandwich!! Get extra veggies and avocado sauce and you will be slightly closer to heaven than you werepreviously...lol, well, it wasn't THAT good, but close! (I think). ???? Did I mention that the food is ALWAYS good at JimmyJohn's?!?! The staff were really cool, and hard working, as you can see from the pics, and were willing to pose for a pic forthis review, thanks guys!!
