My first impression walking into the place was wow it?s filthy and rundown. It?s kind of dark in there probably hides how dirty... it really is. The weight staff was tremendous. Our bartender was very friendly and rattled off some suggestions for our drink.Unfortunately he failed to mention the two drink specials that we discovered when we sat down at our table on the flyer. Wewould have ordered these. Our waitress was very friendly and very nice, extremely attentive. My Caesar salad was delicious, myhusband?s potato soup was delicious, lasagna was sorely lacking which I would?ve expected to have been the best on the specialthat we ordered. Been here twice , won?t give it a third shot . Waited 15 mins for our waiter saige , for her to not only come to our table but... then take our card , then for 50$ I got puréed lobster with 5 raviolis and 5 raviolis with over cooked chicken . the chickenwas literally so thin and over cooked I didn?t eat any of it and the raviolis were eh . ********** This is a new review it?s different from last year we were there yesterday 4/30/22! OMG what a difference a year... makes. Last year wonderful. This year was terrible! Salad was good. The food had no taste, taste like it had absolutely no loveor seasoning. Taste like starchy water. And the wait was terrible and it wasn?t even busy. The old waiter we had was doing hisside work? we watched him. The old waiter was making the staff place other people at other tables because he had it. He said hewas there since noon and he had no break. My daughter is a waitress and she loves all her tables full. The community bucket thatthey washed the dirty tables with was also gross ???? as along with the terrible floors. As we arrived home my fiancé was sick.I?m sure it was the food. I didn?t get sick because I had 1 bite of that Fettuccine or whatever it was supposed to be. Thereview from last year is below this review. Can?t believe a place can go down in service so badly. In October we visited Johnny Carino's in Columbus Indiana, our experience was not the worst but certainly not the best. The... disappointment was that we had heard such great things and was trying it for the first time. With that being said the owner askus to try Johnny Carino's in Muncie Indiana. We gave it a try my grandson had never been there and loved it. They certainlyredeemed themselves in our taste buds. Payton and Derick did an awesome job very attentive to us, and Derick was training andshe was 4 days in on the job very impressive. My husband got the lasagna grandson got a pizza, cheese sticks, salad andspaghetti. I tried the jalapeno tilapia with angel hair pasta. Servings were large enough to bring home and have munchies andjust as great reheated. I am so glad we gave it another try! We will be back. Read more
Had a 2 for 1 coupon that the Manager let me use even though it broke the rules since I had 2 happy hour beers. Thanks but the... 1st beer was a little flat Changed brands and the 2nd beer and both wife's and my meal were super. Excellent service too. Read more
1st thing 1st our server was excellent ( Jacob L ) 99 % of our food was really good but my Alfredo was terrible. It had no... flavor at all . They did take it off my bill so I was not upset at all.
