Rude counter person, waited over 5 min to be waited on and definitely no line. Food was scalding hot, but the thighs werent... done through. I was so grossed out after a bite...hot but still underdone....ewwww. Cole slaw was VERY dry. No yummy juicysauce for my chicken. And I wasnt given honey mustard sauce I requested twice at register. I had to go back to counter and waitANOTHER 5 min to get the sauce. And no sense of urgency, no desire to help the customer. Very very very disappointed Read more
I'd give a 0 if I could. Dude running through drive through was a jerk, gave me the wrong change back. They were out of cups so... I paid for a medium and got a kids size drink. Paid $10 for my meal which included a biscuit, mashed potatoes, chicken poppers,and a chicken sandwich. What I received was 2 chicken thighs and a drumstick, all of which were undercooked, a burnt biscuit,and 2 cups of mashed potatoes. And the blonde lady that handed me my food was less than pleasant. We ordered an 8-piece dinner to dine-in. They packed dinner to go. The young guy showed a bad attitude when I asked for plates... and silverware. We received no biscuits, and were shorted 2-pieces. We paid $27 to be shorted and bad service. Read more
I never got to order my food, I walked out, because the manager made it clear the drive thur is more important than customers... waiting to order in the dining room. You have at least 5 workers and no one could take a moment to take my order. At least thegentleman did greet me, but the manager made it clear for him to attend to the drive thur. Read more
