This had to be one of the worst experiences I've had by going to a restaurant in a very long time! Took forever for us to get... our food, and in fact the lady that came in 5 minutes after us got her food 10 minutes before us and left the restaurant withher two children. When my food finally arrived my $10.99 coconut shrimp platter was served to me on a small styrofoam plate withbarely any amount of fries, the Corn was cold and tasted dirty, then they serve me a tiny amount of shrimp and every one of themwere burnt beyond the ability to be able to eat them. When I went and complained and asked for new ones, then they served meundercooked coconut shrimp. I noticed also while biting into these coconut shrimps that they still have the intestinal Trailinside of the shrimp that in good shrimp is removed. I'm going to include two pictures to show you what horrible experience itwas for me to go to this restaurant. I would not recommend anyone going to this restaurant to eat, and would suggest going justaround the corner to Captain D's if this is the quality of food that that establishment is going to be sending out. Therestaurant staff was fully aware that that was unacceptable for them to send that food out, but yet they did it anyway, and ifthey could give a s*** less about the quality of the product and the quantity properly matching the price that you're payingfor, then don't waste your time going to this restaurant for a good seafood experience when right around the corner Captain D'swill provide you just that! I used to be a die-hard Long John Silver's fan, but my last two trips to this restaurant have beenpoor, and I decided to finally review the location this time, as the last time I did not want to give a negative review to oneof my favorite restaurants hoping it was only a rare thing that was occurring but I have discovered that it seems like this isgeneral practice for this establishment. I like the fact that you can order off either menu in case you have picky eaters in the family. I also like the fact that their... onion rings are dipped in the same type of batter they use on the fish which makes for a very good onion ring. Read more
Went this evening got12 pics of fish and 12 hush puppies 29.38 I got 12 pics of fish got home and no hushed puppies called spoke... with a manager and he tried to tell me I didn't order them and proceeded to tell me 12 pics of fish was 29.38...I think that'sridiculous sounds like someone is picketing from the sale....won't be back!
