Do the employees or management here even care at all? Long lines. Cold food. Mediocre service. I?d rather light a $10 bill on... fire than give it to them again. There?s several dozen eating establishments on this side of town. I?d suggest choosing anywhereelse. Read more
Definitely the most consistent McDonald's in muncie indiana!! And not in a good way... they never fail to screw up my orders....... EVERY SINGLE DANG TIME!!!! and it's always the same order... a simple steak egg and cheese bagel and a hashbrown.... 2 thingsand that's it.. and it's always messed up... looks like I'll be taking an extra 10 minutes to avoid this McDonald's and go tothe one on Madison... or any McDonald's besides this one.... it is most definitely the worst McDonald's in the Delaware Countyarea!!!!!!!!!! ???? Pretty bummed I paid 20$ for basically a 10ct meal and didn?t receive the CPFM toys in my meals, lady in pink shirt was slow and... displayed pretty poor leadership skills for it not being busy. Not very happy I waited 30 minutes and over paid to not receivethe items I paid for. At least the guy packing orders and the cashier were nice. Read more
This McDonald?s consistently disappoints in the morning. I have never gotten exactly what I ordered before 11am. Ask for a half... unsweetened tea, get a sweet tea that?s not filled up all the way. Ask for an egg and cheese bagel, get a cheese bagel with twoshriveled up pieces of bacon. They get 1 star because the employees were kind. Read more
McDonald?s on McGalliard by the mall. Customer service is dead! Started my breakfast saga there at 10am, received my order at... 10:25, delivered my daughter?s order to her only to find out they didn?t put steak on her steak bagel. When I got home, found Ihad a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin instead of an egg and cheese biscuit. Went back to McDonald?s and arrived at 10:50. Wastold they would make it right. Checked with them periodically, while others got their breakfast, until 11:45 when a young lady,rudely handed me cash in a baggie and said, I?ve refunded your money, we don?t have any breakfast left and practically ran away.No offer to get me a sandwich or ask if I would like to order lunch, nothing. So I left. I wasn?t the only one. People werewaiting up to 40 minutes for their orders, orders had to be remade that were incorrect. I?ve had poor service at McDonald?sbefore, but this was the worst. Consistently slow!! Long drive thru lines and they never move. I decided to go inside this morning and I waited 15 minutes,... nobody even acknowledged there were customers at the front register. Customers waiting on orders said they had been in therefor over 30 minutes from the time they ordered!!! This location is the closest to me on the north side of town and this lack ofcustomer service and "Fast" food has been slow for approximately 3 years!! Read more
Waited in line for twenty minutes, just to be told when I'm paying that they are out of pies... Okay how about sundaes? Nope,... ice cream machine is broke. Okay, I paid... Got to get my food and I'm waiting on my late, when I get it there lid was notsecured and poured down my shirt also there was a large amount of salt on top of the lid. The worst service, also my food wascold. You would think after that wait, the fries would at least be warm. Service horrible food horrible, and not one I'm sorryfor your wait or have a good day.
