To say that this location's customer service sucks would be a gross understatement. Picture this: It's 5am, 22 October 2022: I... pull up the speaker. Do I hear "Welcome to Macdonald's. How may I help you?" NO. Instead, I hear a sleepy "Hello?" I order andall I hear is "First Window". No total, no thank you, NO NOTHING! I get to pay window and lo and behold! THERE'S NO ONE THERE!No one showed up at all. I pull forward to the pick up window and they are all ready to give me my food. If not for the personthat I am, I could have driven away with nearly $20 of FREE FOOD! Next time I just might and would love to see how they explainthe difference between the sales vs. the total take. Read more
I would post a zero if I could. They had us wait at the speaker for 20 minutes and the other one had cars going through it. We... asked if anyone was there and they rudely replied we?ll be with you in a minute and never took our order. 0/10 service. Pull up to window say say hold on one sec. Twenty min goes by. Silence. 5 people pulled off. I go to pull off... notice poeple was in line so I stopped. No help. No one said anything for 10 min. Finally I left saw staff talking. Not workingnot getting the food out at the rate acceptable to any restaurant or McDonalds drive thru times. Waited 25 minutes just for someone to take our order we were the only 2 people in line.... No running water in women's bathroom... sink, Dirty inside dining area! If you want a good experience and good service do not go to any McDonald's in Muncie! Go to Nebothe cleanest, friendliest Manager cares about his customers and takes pride in his restaurant! Never answered the drive up to take my order but they were taking orders off of the other speaker. Pulled up explain the problem... got some lame excuse. Rude, unprofessional, no care at all to fix the problem...yes that's a screw imprint on the top bun (along with whatever those... other marks are) and also the entire order being cold, old, and unacceptable...I guess it was my fault they served it to me thatway...manager was wearing someone else's name tag, gave me the wrong number to report what happened, and after trying to reachout the next day, their main manager of the day basically told me to F off because they don't refund...this place needs acomplete overhaul of management, it's absolutely ridiculous the way they treat customers...but hey, they're McDonald's, theydon't worry about a few people not eating there anymore, because they'll always continue to get that money serving absolutegarbage. I literally never leave reviews, but this is flat out disgusting. A chunk of dust in my water. I will never come here again.
