Okay so my fiancé and I had a late night dinner at outback tonight and it was such a sublime experience. Chef Ryan did such a... phenomenal job and took such good care with making our delicious meal everything was cooked to perfection. We had a great steak and shrimp dinner at Outback, Muncie, IN. The service from Anna was great! She was always on time... bringing more drinks, and served it all with a smile! The manager was very friendly, and we had a great conversation at the endof our meal. I highly recommend adding the blossom breaded shrimp to your steak. They were phenomenal! Read more
I bought lunch today for me and my work staff. I must say that we were blown away at how delicious our meals were! If you go to... this Outback, I'd recommend trying the fried mushrooms, the Toowoomba seafood meal, and the loaded baked potato soup. Came to have my birthday dinner here and it was amazing. There was 4 of us that came and it was one of the best experiences... we've had at a restaurant for a long time. Our server was Maddy and she took amazing care of us. She has alot of patience atexplaining items to my in laws and drinks as well. She was the bartender that day as well and the drinks was some of the best Ihad at a restaurant. The food came out quick & hot. Everything from the appetizers (we got the Blooming Onion & the SydneyMushrooms) to the food was very tasteful. We got a variety of food from the Outback Burger, to Prime Rib, to the Chicken andShrimp Pasta to Bloom Fried Chicken. Went with friends last night. August 5,2022. Dishes were food crusted. A spoon had something green dried to the front and... back of it. The plates (salad, and plate under the soup and soup bowl, and main dish) were rough. Nothing felt clean. Thewaitress was super sweet, and very apologetic. I pulled onion peelings, the brown outer layer, from my French onion soup. For$73 , (no alcohol) it should have been a better than mediocre meal. I was so disappointed. Read more
Where to start. I hate leaving negative reviews or complaining but this was a bad experience. We were seated instantly (not very... busy) but about 10 mins after we were sitting at our table someone finally asked if we had been helped. She said she wasn't ourwaitress but would be glad to help. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food to finally come out (side salad included) andwhen it did almost everything was wrong. We took what was right and the waitress sent the rest back to be fixed. The fixed foodcomes out and the cheese fries had crispy cheese on them from being cooked too long, the chicken didn't have anything on it thatthe menu said it came with, and all of it was cold (despite being remade?). I decide to eat a few of the cheese fries that werenot burnt since I did not want to keep complaining and about 3 bites in I find a long black hair melted into the cheese. Thatwas the final straw for me. I like the food at outback and despite the horrible experience, the manager and our waitress werenice and friendly, but I will not be returning to this location.
