I have to say, as I am in town visiting family for 2 weeks, I went to the Muncie Paneras a couple times a week and it was always... filthy. The bathrooms (mens) were always disgusting as if nobody had cleaned the toilets ever. There is food all over the place,booths and floors. The thing that was really gross were the floors. The floors are, and I say in the present, because I amlooking at them now...the floors are so dirty that you can see the dirt footprints where whoever mopped the night before. Themop water is so dirty all of the tiles look like there is a disgusting film over it. This is NOT a one-off. It is every time Ihave come in. But to be fair...I was at the Noblesville Paneras on Campus Parkway and I see a trend happening. Sad. Food goodbut filthy environment. Read more

I really like Panera, better than Starbucks but this location is constantly out of plain begals, like daily. You would think... they would make more if the demand is there. Went there today at 8 am and was told that they are out of plain begals but haveevery other begal available.... Read more
Drinks were great! Customer service was great! Dining was clean! Drive through was pretty fast! But it was surprisingly loud... inside... if the music was turned down just a tiny bit, then I would've given it 5 stars. But otherwise, great place! Read more

My favorite Panera to go to! Love getting the Roasted Turkey BLT with avocado! Their staff is super nice, always very clean, and... we get our food out so quickly!! Love sitting in the two person booths and drinking my strawberry smoothie! Thank you for greatfood and great service! Read more
First time ever at a Panera Bread. Super mad at myself for waiting so long to try it out. The food was great and staff was... helpful. They have ordering kiosks if you are one who prefers that. The menu is full of options for everyone. The price is a bitmuch but I would say worth it if your looking for a fresh ingredient meal on the healthier side. Read more
