Ordered a pizza and waited an hour for it once it was out for delivery. Mind you I was in a hotel less than 5 minutes away. ... Called and asked what was going on and they said they would have my pizza being delivered soon and we're having problems withdoor dash. Well. I waited about hour and still nothing. So I decided to head down to the pizza hut. My pizza hadn't evenbeen made yet. They offered to make it right then but I chose a refund. They strait up lied to me on the phone and nevereven made my pizza. Classy place. And the employees were super dirty too. Blasting loud music till i walked in. Definitelywould never eat there. Terrible service and dirty environment. Read more

Gave me food poisoning in the winter of 2022 :( boneless wings Used to be good , but after that episode, haven't been back... since! Will have to try other pizza hut in Muncie when I'm brave enough and I'll only get bone in from now on. Apparently it'seasy to throw sauce on old breaded chicken nuggets that YOU KNEW SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN SERVED but until then: I have just beensticking to Domino's on McG ?????! It's sad because I had gotten good food there before but oh well their loss! Read more

Ordered online at 5:30pm. Driver showed up at 7:30 with wrong order. We called at 7:45 to see what was going on and the manager... said he was remaking our order and it would be to us in 30 minutes. Said we would get a $20 credit if it didn?t arrive by then.Fast forward: pizza arrives at 8:20. We call to get our credit, 1st manager says no credit because we have our pizza. Then hesays it has to be an hour from the time we called. Then I say we?ve been waiting almost 3 hours. He said it?s because we orderedonline and it doesn?t update in the store right away. Then he says it takes an hour to get a pizza out. I said an hour is finebut it took 2 hours to get it here the first time. He offered a $10 credit and I hung up on him. Unfortunate, because they areone of three places that will deliver to our area. Guess we are getting Jimmy Johns now. Read more

Oven is too hot, drivers can't read instructions or even attempt to call the phone number provided, cheese sauce is watered down... with milk, shift leads don't put on credits when they refuse to send out another driver while they are still open. Wholefranchise is a disaster, but this restaurant especially. Read more

I placed an order for curbside. I arrived at the exact time and clicked "I'm here for curbside" in the email. Waited 10 minutes... past the pickup time before I called in the store just to make certain they were aware I was waiting. The employee that answeredsaid it would be out in a few minutes. Almost 10 more minutes later, she came out carrying our pizzas and bread sticks butinformed us that our pastas were just put in the oven. Confused as to why our pizzas were brought out before the rest of oforder, I asked how long it would be. She said 7 minutes. I accepted that I would just take the pizzas home and stick them inthe oven to reheat them. I waited 10 more minutes before going inside to ask the whereabouts of our pastas. I waited with othercustomers, listening to the employees cursing in the back while making our food. Our pasta was brought out 13 minutes afterhaving already received our pizzas. I told the manager quite calmly I didn't appreciate our pizzas being brought out before ourentire order was complete, nor did I appreciate having to wait so long for food that I had to take home to reheat, and began towalk away. The manager basically went off on me, belittling me, and cursing me because I wouldn't accept that any of what hadjust transpired was my fault. Had someone just said there was a delay, issued the tiniest apology for our wait, and left ourpizzas in the warmer, I would have been absolutely understanding. But the manager took it as a personal insult that a payingcustomer voiced a simple complaint to his face and he displayed the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. To add insultto injury, when I arrived home to reheat the pizzas, the order wasn't even correct. We've had repeated problems with the waittimes here, but I'm very understanding of staffing issues. But I'll happily take my business where I won't get screamed atbecause I voice that my food is cold or my order is late. Read more

Pizza had no sauce to speak of. Crust was doughy and undercooked. Pizza was lukewarm when it arrived. Was over priced for less... than stellar food. Terrible. Domino's Pizza from the 90's was better, and that speaks volumes when it comes to Ketchup andplastic cheese on cardboard. I have had better frozen pizzas. Read more

Don't get pizza from Pizza Hut very often - and may not ever again after today (at least not from this one). After getting home... from picking up my order (2 large 3-topping pizzas), one was completely missing a topping, and the other had hardly anypepperoni on it (like 1-2 pieces per slice). But they more than made up for it with the sausage, where it looks like they threwa couple handfuls on it. Had to pick off most of it. Stick with Papa John's Read more

every single time we order from this location they manage to find some new way to dismally fail us. we had hoped that our bad... experiences were flukes, but unfortunately that doesnt seem to be the case. i hope to god they have an issue with their oven andtheir management is just too apathetic or incompetent to get it fixed because theres no other reasonable explanation why fourout of the five pizzas we've gotten here were raw. this most recent order was the last we'll be making. In addition to beingraw it was also half-devoid of toppings. they offered us a remake, and when that got here, it looked like the box had beenfolded in half and tossed unceremoniously onto the ground in front of the apartment door. now, i'm well aware that this is pizzahut, and i dont expect silver platters or anything, but this location seems to have ZERO standards for how they prepare anddeliver food. all we ask for is a pizza this is not raw or beaten up, and this location has proven to us that they cannotdeliver that. On top of that when we called in, the general manager caught an attitude as if it was our fault that they hadmessed our order up. seriously? if you had done your job right the first (or even second!) time, we wouldnt have to call in. Ifyou want pizza, go to literally anywhere else. if nowhere else is open, go for burgers instead. Read more
