My wife and I decided to have dinner here last night whilst we were in Muncie for Sectional football, my sons team came away... victorious, by the way. When we arrived we were seated right away and our waitresses stopped by almost at once and we orderedour drinks. I had a beer and my wife had diet coke. Our meals were as follows, for me after an internal debate with myself Idecided on the Southern Pride burger(double). It was an explosion of flavor with each bite. My wife had the Buffalo chickentenders with ranch dressing. She made sure to let me know the ranch was some high quality stuff, lol. We will definitely bedining here again when we are in town. First time hete. Have driven past many times but always crowded on college town. Very friendly staff. Got right in. All of... us tried monthly special called jolts burger. It is hamburger patty dipped in corndog batter and fried then served on a bunwith onions pickles and special sauce. Son did not eat cause special sauce has mustard in it. I thought it was good but verymessy. Not sure if I would order again or get a more traditional burger. Would eat hete again. Read more
The service was good and prompt. We always enjoy eating outside, so we were happy they had a table on the patio. The patio is... small and not much of a view, but we still liked it. We got good recommendations from our server. I had the Hoosier burger andmy boyfriend had some burger with a horseradish sauce. Mine was very good, but his was a mess. The horseradish sauce was weakand had little flavor. Something in the burger was really watery, which created a large puddle on the plate. He couldn't set theburger down because it would fall apart. This was my first time coming here. It was a decent atmosphere. For a Saturday after 8:30 p.m. it wasn't very busy. We waited... about 2 or 3 minutes for a table. The Host was nice and cheery. The server was great she was training another person and thatwent really well. We had onion rings for an appetizer which were really good and put together. All four of us had a specialBurger. And also tater tots for an extra side. Pretty pricey for the four of us to eat, $81. Not counting the tip. Being a placeon a campus you would expect a little bit lower prices for students.
