I met a colleague at Starbucks, we needed to go over a few details in a teaching program sold by her company. We decided coffee... and a beverage, while we worked online, would be great. After putting in our order, we sat down and tried to get online. Thatnever happened, Starbucks staff informed us that the Internet service was down and had been for the previous two months! I'm inthe teaching community, I've informed the community, through email, that the Starbucks on Tillison, near the hospital in Muncie,has no internet service for it's customers. Read more
when i went to this location today i got a grande drink with no ice which i always get. i completely understand the new policy... about if the drink has no ice they fill it up 3/4 the way but today when i went in i watch this girl make my drink then shedropped it which was no big deal because i thought she would fill it a little more but i was wrong she handed it to me less thenhalf full. i said to her are you not gonna fill it up more this is less then half full and she said that company policy saysthey can?t fill it up all the way. i had to argue with her to get my drink filled up more since she spilled almost the wholedrink. i do not recommend this starbucks they always have an excuse for everything. Came here couple times. They could not make my favorite s'more Frappuccino though. I did both drive thru and walk in. Happier... with drive thru. Today is a busy morning, long line at drive thru. Got the order smooth and fast. Store looks pretty clean asmost Starbucks I have been so far. ????Nice service. ??My both Cappuccino and Frappuccino made me happy. ????Parking lot islittle small when the line is long. Give all employees a raise! They are bomb at this Starbucks. Lines can be long but these employees handle it all with grace and... poise. They create amazing drinks and try to get to know repeat customers. Read more
They were out of drink carriers so they helped me out and got a box from the back, and even helped me get to the car with it... when I picked up our large order for my work. So kind and helpful! I really appreciated the treatment I received going here evenwith such a large order. Read more
I love Starbucks BUT The location on McGalliard SERIOUSLY needs to fix their parking lot and drive thru issue. It causes so many... traffic problems for both oncoming and the same direction for a right turn into the drive thru.. plus customers have been usingthe church parking lot next door so long that they had to put a fence and sign up to stop people but it didn?t! Also the parkingspaces In front of the building are ALWAYS blocked in by the drive thru cars, being that they are directly behind it. Please!Fix this issue! It?s frustrating to all of us!
