Drive thru order. Unfortunately, having had bad experiences elsewhere, I checked my order before going home. In my younger years... I worked in 2 locations of this chain. I must say the veggie prep was terrible. Everything was minced not diced like it issupposed to be. I returned to the window and was asked to pull around and wait for my order to be remade. As I sat in my carwaiting I observed 3 other patrons being served before my order was completed. Very disappointing for a business that use to beso customer oriented! Read more
Good luck getting what you ordered. I only go to this location every couple of months in hopes that they have turned over the... entire staff, but they still suck every time. It's like they hire people that have never heard of Taco Bell or fast foodrestaurants before. The green and purple hair dye and septum piercings are on point though lol. Read more
We went thru the drive thru and ordered 10 soft tacos and 2 burrito supremes. Nothing in the order was boxed, all items ordered... were just thrown in together. They always used to put 10 tacos in a box. All foods were just barely warm when we went to eat.Very disappointing. Then the bill was over $28! The Mexican Pizza didn't have any red sauce and it was cold. The gordita crunch was barely filled, the cheese was melted and... barely any cheese sauce between the hard shell and soft shell and it was cold. Also, the last 2 times I ordered the tacoSupreme, they left off the tomates and sour cream and only half filled. Get it together and get orders right and not send coldfood with delivery service. Waited for 30 min, burritos were TINY, messy, and lukewarm. Asked for our burritos grilled and they responded with ?you know... they?re already grilled right?? ???? barely grilled them. Asked for more hot sauce cause they gave us like 5 for 5 burritos anddude handed us 3 more. McGalliard Taco Bell by Walmart is WAY quicker, hotter, and fat add burritos. Go there ???? Read more
Their wait times are so long and their staff is never nice. It?s also a shot in the dark if they?ll get your order right. I... order the same thing every time and it?s always wrong. Today was the worst instance since there was remnants of beans on mycheesy roll-up. If you want a good taco bell experience, go to the one on McGalliard. Don?t waste your time or money here. Great service at the drive through window on this particular visit. The line went quickly! I got the nacho bell grande. If u... like nachos, then these nachos are pretty good, in my opinion. If u want everything on it, then it comes with meat, cheese,tomatoes, sour cream, and also refried beans, I do believe. I will be going back and getting these nachos, in the near future!!! Read more
I ordered uber eats from here. I asked for extra nacho cheese and add jalapeño sauce on my nachos. They DROWNED my order with... jalapeño sauce. It's inedible. I will be calling corporate about this. It's sad someone can't even get their food preparedproperly. Read more
