Our order was wrong (again). Check your order before leaving, especially if you have special requests. If there is a problem,... you will have to wait through the long drive thru line because the dining room is never open. The crew here is somewhat nice,but mostly apathetic. Read more
This place used to have the best Brisk mango tea for a long time. Now it's so watered down you can't even tell what flavor it... is. It even looks watered down! It's certainly not worth $2.47.~Former happy customer. Read more
I dumped ice out at the drive in window the last time I went here and the older lady working the drive thru was giving me really... rude looks about. I wanted to give it another try and yesterday I'm almost positive I got food poisoning from something Iordered. This like many of taco bells have went downhill drastically since covid. Read more
workers did not want to help us and argued on taking our order. The food was cold and horrible tasting and could not finish our... meal. Chase that works there was very personable and went beyond and above to be of help to us. His customer service was flawless and... superb. Felt like I was an upscale restaurant with him behind the counter and not Taco Bell. The music over the speakers wasawesome,the food was very good. The food is always great! We tried something new and it was fabulous! The fajitas with cheese (I don't remember the name) is so... good! Staff is always friendly and courteous. What made me smile was one of the staff was working with a child on their Englishspeaking (their homework?) In-between customers. This is a very family friendly restaurant! Read more
Still the best tacobell in muncie. Do not go to Tillotson ones they are astronomically bad. We drive 10 min out of the way to... come to this location, and our food is always done fast, always hot, and the employees are always polite. 10/10 Read more
