Messed up my order, then refused to refund me unless I came back to give them the food they messed up. Even confirmed that I got... the wrong order on the phone so they were aware it was incorrect already. Said I could "bring the food back in the next fewdays" for the refund. Rude on the phone. I was very satisfied with my experience today in the middle of lunch rush hours. It was surprisingly quick for the time of day... it was. I didn't have a chance to put my card an receipt down in the cup holder and they were already handing my food to me outthe window. They fix your food how they wanna fix it. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no beans got home open my food no beans but they gave a... a quarter of meat on my pizza the pizza was just covered in cheese and it was mushy. Absolutely horrific. Ordered food multiple times to sub the beef for chicken. Have never experienced this issue any other... location but this one consistently refuses to change the meat. It is not a preference it is a DIETARY RESTRICTION. And when youhave a to-go order and drive all the way home, you expect to not have your money and time wasted.
