Messed up my order, then refused to refund me unless I came back to give them the food they messed up. Even confirmed that I got... the wrong order on the phone so they were aware it was incorrect already. Said I could "bring the food back in the next fewdays" for the refund. Rude on the phone. Not the first time they have given me something completely different than what Iordered either. Better off just going somewhere else. Read more
I was very satisfied with my experience today in the middle of lunch rush hours. It was surprisingly quick for the time of day... it was. I didn't have a chance to put my card an receipt down in the cup holder and they were already handing my food to me outthe window. I highly recommend this establishment for the ones that are needing quality food in a quick amount of time. This isyour go to spot for sure! Read more
They fix your food how they wanna fix it. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no beans got home open my food no beans but they gave a... a quarter of meat on my pizza the pizza was just covered in cheese and it was mushy. Absolutely horrific. Ordered food multiple times to sub the beef for chicken. Have never experienced this issue any other... location but this one consistently refuses to change the meat. It is not a preference it is a DIETARY RESTRICTION. And when youhave a to-go order and drive all the way home, you expect to not have your money and time wasted. Overall terrible service. Their manager was rude and told me never to come back because I asked them to hurry up after they had... given me a freezie. While I sat for 20 minutes waiting on food in the drive thru, it melted. That manager needs his attitudechecked. This is why people shouldn't be given titles of power. No trespassing someone because you can't add frozen drink in 90degree heat with a 20 minute wait is melted drink. Didn't figure the math problem was that difficult. Read more
Don't even deserve a star but only way I can even write this review. They don't serve fresh food. Tortillas for the chipotle... melts are old and break. Chicken isn't fresh. Don't get orders correct. I ate one of their chipotle melts and now I'm feelingsick because their chicken is no good and their tortillas are old and stale. I'm 14 weeks pregnant and normally I can eatchipotle melts from taco bell. I'm NEVER going back to the taco bell on Mcgalliard near Granville road in Muncie Indiana everagain. Maybe if they would learn to serve FRESH FOOD INSTEAD OF OLD STALE NASTY FOOD maybe they would get a 5 star but thisrestaurant near Granville road in Muncie Indiana does not even deserve to even be open. Taco Bell is normally always open if your a late eater. They have really good crunchy tacos if you get them with just meat, xtra... cheese, and make it supreme if you like that. And those cinnabons right now, yum!! Recommended for sure! Read more
New interior design , new look , awful atmosphere and vibe inside - staff is absent and runs the show, ghetto rap blasting on... the speakers at 7:30pm .....poor poor customer service and dining experience . Staff lacks proper training or work ethics...will not repeat ! Read more
