First off, food wasn?t terrible?wasn?t worth the price either. With that being said, I would have given more stars had our... ?experience? been better. We ordered 6 boneless combo and a 3 piece tender around 12:30. Note: there was no lunch specialslisted anywhere. Our first time we looked over the menu thoroughly. Over $20.00 for the order. For lunch that?s pretty pricey Ithink. Ok still not horrible. We pay and wait for our food. Another gal ordered after us and asked for the lunch special whichhappened to be 3 piece tender and a 5 piece boneless fries and drink. The problem I have with giving a better review is merely,I shouldn?t have to ASK for a special combo price. I ordered my food online, it said the wait time would be 15-21 minutes. 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting on my food. One... guy asked for a refund and the employee said he wasn't allowed to give refunds but he could call in the morning. They were outof corn, got ordered combined. One guy was on his hands and knees looking under the stations for someone's order and then didn'teven wash his hands before handing someone's food. Why would you only have 2 people working on Sunday during football season????It's the biggest game day off the week!!! Also the floor of the lobby was sticky, and I mean sticky icky. I got poked in the mouth by a metal wire included with the fries, which were salty as hell. The wings were soggy and soaking in... an inch of grease. It was very unappetizing. Just tried this tonight. Ordered 5 orders of 5 wings with 5 different sauces, rolls, dips, and a large special fry. Didn't get... half the dips, got a regular fry instead of the Louisiana, and over half the wings didn't have sauce on them... went back to sayour order was messed up and the reply was "we didn't have the stuff for it"... I've worked in the food industry before and ifyou don't have the stuff for something, it's as simple as asking if they want to replace it with something you do have orletting them cancel their order. At least give the person a call to let them know you are out. They even read the order back tous before we left the first time like it had everything in it... very disappointing. They did say they could remake the ordertomorrow for free IF they have the stuff for it... here's to hoping I actually get what I paid for tomorrow since I don't knowwhat to do with all of this stuff I didn't order tonight... This place is super underrated. All the bad reviews were made within the first couple of weeks of opening. Every business takes... a little bit of time to get started. The food I would say is probably not as good as Bdubs but they are 100 times quicker. Ittakes only 15-30 minutes for your wings. You can either order there or online. The times I went I ordered there and sat insideand waited. While ordering I was greeted by the best worker I have ever met. She told me and my buddy all about the flavors,deals, and combos. She also included free drinks as well. On top of that she told us to fill out the survey on the receipt whichwe did to get free fries. We not only went one time but had to go again just because the service was so good. It did notdisappoint. I do not know why people are complaining. Food was great! Right out of the fryer! Wings were underdone and the rolls were overdone. Wings were sauced in the wrong proportions, despite it being a 50/50 split.... Almost didn't order from here given their prices, but decided to take a risk on a new experience. Well, I guess it's notgambling if you always win. Service was a bit slow, but freindly. Food was about average for a carry out/fast food type wing restaurant. This was my first... time trying a Wing Stop, so I'll leave any further comments on the food for a later date until I can give it another try. Read more
