Pizza has really improved over the years. Would say it is better than Williamsport and other locations now. Great job on the... improvement. 4 stars because it isn?t always consistent. Update 7/22: They have not been accepting gift cards for nearly amonth. Submitted claims to corporate, heard nothing. Submitted claim to FTC. Timely, good food. Like everyone, just slightly understaffed. I wholly recommend using the dominoes app to order and pay, so... the poor folks don't spend half thier time taking phone orders. Plus, you can ruin thier fond childhood memories of playingZelda, thnx to the online order ring tone! Read more
Ordered delivery last night. The pizza came in a timely manner and was good. It was a bit cold though. Last time we ordered it... took 1.5 hours for delivery and the food was cold so I guess it was a step up this time. Read more
Ordered on line, no problem. Left my house and go to dominos to pick up pizza, problem. My pizza wasn?t even made yet. I feel... bad for the kid that had to come out to tell me. This is not the first time that this Muncy store has done this. So I sit in 90degrees waiting for a pizza again. Good pizza, poor service. I think it will be a while Before I will do this again. The orders took over an hour and half to arrive. The cheese on two of the sandwiches was completely black, and my daughter... couldn't eat her sandwich. When we called to let them know the didn't answer the phone, and so called from another phone andthey just placed us on hold and never answered. Read more
I used to love to get pizzas here but they have a new manager and I'm not sure that he even knows how to make a pizza but the... last two times the pizzas were almost unedible. I did fill out an online survey which corporate headquarters and they had themanager call me and he offered me a free pizza but after the experience that I've had with the other two I doubt if I'll evertake him up on the offer. It's too bad because for the last five or six years I've always gotten great pizzas there. Thechocolate brownies I ordered for dessert was overcooked as well. For 40 minutes they were quality checking my pizza. I decided I didn't want cold pizza so I drove to the store to pick it up.... Walked in and 5 people are working and no one greeted me immediately. Guy walks up and says did you already order. I said yesfor delivery but since I am here I want my delivery fee and tip refunded. He canceled my whole order! I said is my pizza done,he said im not giving you pizza you didn't pay for. I said I didn't say I wouldn't pay for the pizza just no tip or deliveryfee. He goes ok what did you order?
