In general, I like Sam's Club. We used their online fresh flower ordering services for our wedding. The greens were great... quality. The roses were slightly more open than I'd hoped. Carnations were great. Our only complaint is that half of the orderarrived later than scheduled which made it impossible to start on any of the florals when we were hoping to. Everything was toarrive by 8PM. The flowers arrived early (before 3PM), and the greens did not arrive until the following late morning. Thisreally threw off our plans and reduced the time that we had to prepare. Had everything arrived at one time, it would've been amuch easier experience. Nice, clean, fast checkout. Bought $300 worth of food, including meats. 3/4 full cart. So it wasn't terribly priced.
It's like any other Sam's Club. Some things are discount priced others are not. Some items they will always have (ex. ketchup... and mustard) and other things depend on what they bought by the truckload. So, when it's gone, it's gone (ex. Tobasco brandsauce). If you're buying in bulk, it's a place to go. It's where the best deals can be found. Read more
I love Sam's Club, but lately the products have changed. For instance, Puffs Plus is only available in the small boxes that... make you fight for a tissue. Thank goodness I don't have to use them often. Read more
Great seasonal selection. Love using the app to checkout. Great prices on Cafe food. No alcohol at this store and baby items... are only organic. Also, the bakery has great birthday cupcakes and the party trays are back. Read more
The difference between having accent and not having accent, is the associate didn't respond back when I said thank you and the... customer behind me got respond back, not first time I've been treated racially, another time said he won't give me the pricedays before and he wouldn't do it for me and won't associate me to walk literally 15 feet away from his place while there wasanother person too to assist people, but it's what it's thank you sams club for treating me like this, I literally stopped afterthe door to write this review because that not nice, 4:45pm 8/14, it's what its. Went to sam?s club today to get some fresh berries and was disappointed by the mold on the products. I informed a worker that... they should throw them away and the worker say they were told by management they have to sell the product. They have to removethe mold items out of the pack and put them back on the shelf. Sadly I will never purchase produce from sam?s club goingforward. Read more
Had a very unusual, but grateful experience here today. When I was cking out, the cashier noticed that something didn't look... quite right with one of my purchases. She pulled it aside and told me she was going get me another one, because it didn't lookright. She radioed for someone to bring up another product. The manager was right on it to, and followed through to make sureI got a good product. That is excellent customer service. Read more
