I went in to get food and the girl ringing people out and helping get food on the tray kept playing in her hair and touching all... the food. Like the fries and nuggets, then touch her hair and the food again. I originally waited in the drive thru line butafter moving one car length in 10 minutes, I went then in. While the food had good flavor, it was not hot. When we ordered, we requested hot fries. The fries we received were not hot, but... the manager said they were, even though we watched when they were taken out of the oil and sat for several minutes. My wife'schili was luke warm, and when we told them, they made no effort to make it hot, even microwave would have been an acceptableresolution for us. The young lady working the cash register seemed uninterested in solving a rest room problem, even though twodifferent persons reported it before we did. Unfortunately the approach of the staff restaurant turned what we hoped would be agood experience into a poor experience. I hope Wendy's management reads this review and makes adjustments to this restaurant, asother Wendy's restaurants I have visited knocked their service and food quality out of the park. Read more

Had to wait for cashier. Paying cash. Total $5.30 gave her $20.35 said all she had was $1's I said that was ok. Gave me $13 in... one's and $2 in quarters. What about the $0.05 Ordered dbl stack w/o onions. Had onions on it. Went through 5 soda selectionsuntil found one that worked. Ketchup container was empty. Soda area was a mess. Love Wendy's, but you only get the center cuts of lettuce and lady bugs.
Got lunch here and it was terrible. Didn't even finish the sandwiches as they didn't taste fresh and the bread was soggy. the... fries tasted like they came right from the ground. Almost $18 wasted and a lunch I would love to forget. Read more
We've visited several times. Almost always friendly service. Sometimes our food isn't right but they've fixed it. Nice dining... room atmosphere. Read more
