Classic vibes and decor but uninspiring pizza. The shells in the floor peanuts are a retro touch. We had good service on a... Friday at 5:45, were seated fairly quickly and had drinks in hand quickly too. The dinner salads were tasty with cool heirloomtomatoes. The pizza was cracker thin and crispy but the sauce just didn?t do anything for us so overall it was just fine butwe?ve had better pizza locally. Nothing against Bill?s - just not our thing. Had this place recommended by three separate people when we moved nearby so had to try it out. Thin crust is good, 7.4, double... decker is where the magic is at tho. My husband saw this place on TV! He saw the double decker pizza & he wanted to go for his birthday. We drove from Chicago. He... loved it! He loved the double decker pizza, the drinks & asked me to give them a 5 star. I recommend the garlic bread withcheese, it's delicious! We ended up ordering 2 orders! The fries weren't good. The chilli is a good size because I like smalldishes. The chilli was a 3 star. Service was fast & pleasant. Thank you to our waitress. The girl's bathroom was reallyclean. I like it a lot that they try to make it welcoming!!! There was a bench & real flowers. When the waitress gave us ourbill, the receipt had a link to pay online. I loved it!!! Very simple steps. This was my second time coming back to this restaurant and man things changed drastically..and in a very bad way..first when... ordering over on the phone more than half of their menu is not available because a shortage they are having..they don?t evenhave peanuts in stock..when my boyfriend came back with the food, his chili bowl was only 2/3 filled up!!! Not only that but thewings had no flavor what so ever. Very disappointing for the price of $20. This place used to be a great place and we thought itwould be great to support local small businesses but this was a very bad experience. Absolutely love the double decker pizza here! One of the few places to offer this style, and cook it so it still has a crispy... crust. Sides are great. I was a little disappointed in the portion size of the fried mushrooms. But all in all, this location istimeless with the decor, the overall vibe, and the great food. Read more
