Spencer the ginger with curly hair was really good at making sure our order was perfect. My friends and I were here before... closing time and Spencer made sure we got the best experience. He made sure we got everything we wanted and didn?t finish untilit was perfect. While we were eating we saw him clean tables, take out the trash, refill drinks, clean the windows, vacuumed,and changed the tv. Well my butter burger sure didn't look as advertised ????????????but what burger place does ???? I'm happy to see kids in the... workforce ???????? but someone needs to teach a little more quality control on getting orders right. Not saying I won't go backbut my order tends to be right more so when I go in and order then when I use the drive thru. Sometimes you get your burger in abox and sometimes you don't.???????? Iv complained to regional Culver?s mgt before and to employees at thislocation but nothing changes. This is a franchise location. Do not bring your children here! Experience missing Items! Delayed service. Today i ordered a burger with everthing with fries and drink. salad chicken tenders.... got most of the items except the burger and fries that came with burger. well before today it was missing salad i had to go backto make them fix the error. now i dont care anymore that i robbed. hope they read this review and fix their service. It?s been a while since we have been here and been craving it all day. We raced there after work and arrived at the drive thru... by 10:43PM, noticed a car in the drive thru but took off very quickly, we then proceeded to order at the speaker and sat therefor minutes with no acknowledgment. We drove around the building and noticed employees standing at drive thru windows justwatching cars drive away? We looked at drive thru hours on google and it says 11:00PM. We have gone plenty of times even 5minutes to close and have always been served, man have things changed, what a big disappointment. Read more
