Ordered maple sugar snackin' bacon from here and got plain bacon. And somehow this bacon tasted gross. I'm guessing it went bad.... I had to throw it away. Staff was rude when I asked why our order had been delayed 15 minutes - the drive through orders had the priority given and we... were pushed to second. 5 years ago I gave this location Five Stars. I'm sorry to say that I have to change my rating to One Star. This location has... been going down hill for years, but the summer of 2022 it has reached an all time low. They can not seem to get anything rightand take a really long time to get it wrong. I used to work at Dunkin, never in my LIFE have a experienced such poor drive through service. They got my order incorrect 4... times. When I tried to correct them they looked at me like I was being crazy. My order was simple, they just would not listen.They kept interrupting me when I tried to order, and when I tried to correct them they just looked at me blankly. Clearly no oneworking knew what they were doing. 3 different people came to the window and all 3 treated me the same. Now this is something Iwould expect from the afternoon crew, but at 8 am? This place is consistently terrible as both a Baskin Robin's and a dunkin donuts. I live right by it so I will occasionally give... them a shot when I'm too rushed to go further out. Every time, I have the niave hope they've gotten their stuff together, butthey haven't. This morning I waited a while for the whole 2 cars in front of me to order. When it was my turn, I realized thehold up. They took around 1-2 minutes to ask for my order. They were out of hash browns (they're often out of many things) andthey got confused and had me give the order twice. I only went to this location because I was thirsty got a medium (Cappuccino Blast -Caramel-) 2nd time I tried it, I didn't... realized it wasn't supposed have lots of ice. The employees in this Mundelein location took their time to correctly make mydrink unlike the (North Chicago location 60064) IMO. Read more
