Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Every time I order delivery from them, the sandwiches have almost nothing on them. There's... almost no meat, cheese, or vegetables. I keep ordering thinking I had a bad experience, but it's happened 3 times. I'vecomplained to their corporate, but they won't do anything because it's an individually owned location. I think that Jimmy John's is the best value for the food that you get because it's always fresh it always is delicious and they... don't short you on ingredients. They have a little longer hours and some and I'm never disappointed but I suggest you buy thebigger sandwich and cut it in half you don't necessarily need chips a drink you might find cheaper elsewhere because thesandwiches are quite expensive but for the best value you buy the larger one and cut them in half Read more
Absolute disgrace. Took more than 45 minutes for my sandwich to come. Called the store twice. Asked for a refund the 2nd time as... I?d missed my dinner break entirely. Said that wasn?t something he could do. Said I should have just come in if I needed itquickly. The actual manager, VINCE, said this. I asked for the number for corporate and he hung up on me. I?m pretty sure hethen took the phone off the hook so I couldn?t call back. I understand that staffing is tight right now but this isinexcusable. Why does this manager still have a job?
