Nice place and lanes,good food. We were there for a bowling tournament and many lanes kept breaking down that caused delays.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lakeside Recreation is. We had my son?s 9th birthday party there and the hosts and... management went out of their way to make sure the kids were having fun and that everything was taken care of, despite a snafu onmy end. My four friends bowled 2 games, the second game they used bumpers. The bumpers are inconspicuous little rails. Inside the... bowling alley is the 50's themed Dockside Diner and the pleasant informative attendant explained the food well so I ordered aplate of fresh fried tater tots and a fountain Cherry Pepsi. After bowling we sat at a table in the bar. Not crowded, lanesavailable, there was a bowling Birthday Party and a Birthday Room. It was fun, clean, and enjoyable even though I am a nonbowler. 24 lane independent bowling alley with large parking lot. If fully vaccinated no mask required. Huge arcade area for the kids +... laser tag. Bar, bowling lockers, gambling games in bar, diner & in-house pro shop. 2 different areas for bathrooms. WiFi sucksthough. Friendly & helpful staff. Disinfect areas after use. Gone are the days when bowling alleys were smoky, dingy and loud establishments and this set of lanes is proof! We visited late... morning mid-week, they got our lane set up for kids to play (ie automatic bumpers and a dragon ramp) so fast I could hardlybelieve it. Also thanks to Keith for announcing "great job" to my 4 year old daughter over the intercom, that made her feel sospecial! This place is super clean, well-priced, balls well organized by weight and the arcade area looks full of new fun games!I'll definitely be back with the whole family. Read more
Great atmosphere. Employees are hard working and helpful. Great place to bowl, play laser tag or games.
