Terrible!!! Pizza has gone down big time over the years. My husband ordered pizzas the other night, and it was not appetizing.... The Detroit style pizza was ok, and the other two pizzas were like cardboard with a scarce amount of cheese and meat toppings. Iwas shocked and disappointed! We will never order from them again. You have to go into the store to get any kind of customer service because they?re always understaffed and overloaded(no one... answers the phone)?no delivery drivers so orders go everywhere even with specific delivery instructions. We ordered every singleweek for years but never will again. Definitely do not recommend this branch to family and friends! Read more
Never order from here! I ordered from this pizza hut twice and both times my order never came. I never got my refund the first... time had to call them and ask for it, guess we'll see if I get it this time. Would give 4 stars because the stuffed crust we had was delicious but, it was $22 for one large stuffed crust with no toppings.... Pizza Hut has a deal for everything but never a stuffed crust deal. Also, they charge way different prices when ordering onlineversus on the phone to the store. Like I don't understand that and how they feel that's fair to do to people, is just isn'tright at all. But, we love the stuffed crust pizza so, we get it when there's an extra $20 in the budget which isn't too often.Pizza Hut could get a LOT more business if they'd offer a large, 1-topping for carry-out, it could even be a plain large andchoice of crust and INCLUDE stuffed crust in that ???????? My pizza was supposed to be delivered by Doordash who never came. When I called the location I got the pizza from. He advised... the they gave it to Doordash. So he don't know what to do. He waiting on his last pick up and hes shutting down. I advised thatI couldn't pick it up because I had a little one. What am I to do since I never got my pizza. The manager hung up in my face andwhen I called back he would pick up the phone and hang it up. Very horrible service. Read more
