First off, the waitress told us the kitchen was behind. So honesty....ok....put in the sampler because we didn't know what we... wanted. Couple minutes went by and then put in our orders. I didn't keep with the time, but it was more than a half hour, nosampler. Some more time went by and our food comes out. Whoa......friend's chicken was undercooked. Still waiting for appetizer.The manager took the chicken back. Appetizer finally comes when we are done with the meal. Yeah. Everything was hot except theBuffalo boneless wings. Like they were cold, just cold. Manager brought back another batch....look at the pic, darker andovercooked.shouldve done a side by side comparison. The marinara sauce had a surprise bonus, a french fry....also in the pic. Nofries come with the sampler so that was suspect. So yeah, I feel bad that they were under staffed, but boy oh boy...... Serverwas nice though. They gave a 10% discount. They should've compensated my friend. First receipt charged double for our appetizer,but they did correct it. To Whom it may concern my name is Lisa and I visited this location on 6/3 with my Family to Celebrate my Daughter high... school Graduation. Upon entering I was Greeted by A woman who I spoke with on the phone about did they have any openen for agroup of 12 people she was very pleasant and kind. We where all sitted and their was no wait. Stopped here on a whim, it was late, my buddy and I were lucky enough to get a table. The staff were actually happy to greet... us...late and all and it was Sunday night. Nice place to eat for the $$$$. We ordered the 2 for &25.00 meal deal. We had an issue with the steaks. Both of our steaks had... to be re-cooked. I ordered med. well & my SO medium, although the Manager gave us another meal. Thank you. Read more
Food was ok. My salmon steak was a cheap salmon fillet. But my main issue was the service. We had to call our server multiple... times and it took an hour to get our food when the restaurant was half empty. They wouldn't remove the used dishes from ourtable until we asked for the check. Read more

When my family and I got here the hostess had to write down our names and to wait 35 minutes. We would?ve just went elsewhere... but we were starving and just wanted to get some food. Eventually we get a table and the strangest thing was, they weren?t doingpaper menus??? We had to scan a code on the table and the menu pops up on your smartphone. Hmm weird but we asked for a regularmenu because it was way easier to decide what to get. Everything was pretty good except our food took a while to come out. This was supposed to be the new Neighborhood double cheeseburger. Received this. 1 patty cut in half, no new garlic sauce and 2... pickles??? Fries were ice cold and dry for literally just sitting out forever. Got ripped off from someone that clearly didn'tcare about my order. Burger was dry and chewy.
