This is a place where you need to check your order before you drive off. The 1st time, some months back, I got a chicken bowl,... but when I got home, there was no chicken in it. I drove back to Boston Market to get the chicken because I was not about to eatjust potatoes and broccoli. The chicken is the highlight of the meal. Workers were apologetic and gave me extra chicken and acookie. But, It happened again. My meal was supposed to be a 3 piece dark, but alas only 1 piece of chicken, one lonely thigh inmy meal drenched in sauce. And NO cornbread. Boston Market's claim to fame is the chicken. Have they become stingy with givingit out? Is the chicken roasting extra slow? It seems like this consistently happens and I don't feel like driving back thistime. I won't come back at all. Read more
Hadn't been to this location in a long time. A great deal has changed. Fast service is the only positive about this particular... location. Frozen vegetables looked old and weren't cooked thoroughly,(carrots, broccoli and garlic potatoes). Horrible mashedpotatoes as well. Not going back here. Read more
Haven't been to one of these in a long time. Now I remember why. First off, dining area was just cleaned prior to our arrival,... how thoughtful. Except it looked like a tidal wave came through. Everything was dripping wet. After going through a couplehundred napkins to dry our table and chairs we finally sat down to our meal. Chicken was ok, corn tasted old and their freshsteamed vegetables looked and tasted like they were out of an expired can. Gave them 2 stars, 1 for the ok chicken and 1 for thefriendly server. Going through the drive-through and getting your food to-go is a joke. The portions are so small, you aren't getting very much... food. The adult meal that's over $10 looks like a kid's meal. Also, look at the corn bread. They can't even give you a fullsized piece of corn bread. Very disappointed. Read more
I wish I can give 0 stars this place has disappointed me to the max! I get my food through drive and I wish I would?ve went in,... my chicken was terrible It was over cooked and hard like it?s been sitting for a whole day. My sides were cold. When I calledand she told me to bring my food back which I was not going to come back outside in the cold to bring some food back when I?mcalled to let them know how trifling it was they offered no discount or credit for the next time I come.
