They had a car stuck in the drive through that had nothing to do with ordering at the drive up. They refused to take order and... the employee was rude and snobby . Glad I don't work in fast food cause their karma is going to work everyday if you treatpeople like that. Will never go there again. Total joke with management letting that happen and making that decision. Explainswhy the employees are asshiles too if the manager is one. Great leadership skills. Read more
Latia I believe is her name. Her customer service is outstanding. She double checked my order and made sure they corrected the... issue with an apology for the delay. Haven?t had a good experience at this Burger King location in years. From the slow drive through line and unfriendly workers to... orders errors - there is always an issue. Today I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal, waited almost 10 minutes in line/to order (Iactually sat at the order station for 5 minutes before someone to my order), then waited another almost 10 minutes at the pickupwindow for my order? which was WRONG! They gave me 7 nuggets instead of 8 and by the time I saw the error, I didn?t care to turnmy car around and deal with it; I?ll just never go back to this location. It?s poorly managed. Read more
Food is never made fresh. I just ordered $15 worth of food and not 1 item i purchased was even luke warm. This is my last time... eating Burger King ever. The whopper meat taste like nothing. This is why BK is falling off. Spend 15min on drivethru. We spend $6 for a dry a$$ spicy sandwich.
We went through the drive through for our meal. The cashier was in a rush to take our order. When we tried to correct her she... repeated something else back to us. When we received our order it was all incorrect ....missing a Whopper sandwich...no cheeseon the Whopper Jr. The food was mildly warm. This is not the norm for this location.
