Placed an order at 7:08 pm for pickup at 8:50 pm at the munster indiana location. Arrived at about 8:55 pm and my order wasn't... ready. Was told it should be up in a minute, not a huge deal but thought almost a 2 hour window would be enough time to have itready. Waited a few minutes and another worker asked what the name was for pickup, and she had to get someone to pull the orderup because they didn't even have the ticket for it. Ordered a double chicken bowl, saw there was basically no chicken on it,specifically asked if it was made with double chicken and was told yes. I replied that it sure didn't look like there was doubleon it, with no response from anyone but the other customer that was standing next to me. Used to love going there but has gotten worse. Fill the bowl with rice hardly any chicken everything cut in half bowl not even... full but they raised the price. Think I'll stop going there. Read more
Beans NOT cooked all the way. Had to pick each bean out of the bowl. Didn't enjoy my dinner at all. Not cool
I?ve been a loyal customer to this chipotle for years! Recently this location has been missing every time! I ordered extra... veggies and received barely half a scoop. Their prices aren?t going down so why is their service and food amountdecreasing?! Only giving one star because it is mandatory!! Read more
The few times I've had chipotle it's been good. Especially their queso and chips????. They have really long lines..all the way... out the door.( but I guess that's good right?) But thank God for ordering ahead, definitely saves time???? Read more
Worst dining experience ever. Will never go back to the Chipotle 8201 on Calumet Ave in Munster, IN. Placed order online for... 7:00pm, food received at 7:30pm. The three workers stopped the regular line just to get the online orders done. One worker wentto the bathrooms three times with mega cleaning equipment and no gloves. By the time we got home, taking five minutes exactly,as you see, the dish was soaked through with water from the carnitas that was not even thawed the water was so high it wasdisintegrating the cheese. When we were leaving, all of a sudden there twelve workers behind the counter some without gloves. Please still eat Chipotle just not at this disgusting location. Freezing air blasting while it?s cold out literally it?s a blizzard in this place who can stand in line for 20-60 min freezing... like this !!!!!!! The slowest service they will do 5 online orders before taking care of the customers in the store. Employeesor the manager don?t care. Out of items, black guacamole, food smeared all over the counters. They couldn?t care less!!! Read more
