My first time trying it. I've been seeing so many commercials. It was 3 customers standing at the counter, I stood behind one... guy about 3 minutes. I then asked have you already ordered, he said yes. Only people I saw being acknowledged were ones who wentto the left and a worker said are you picking up. They were. So now I'm there about 10 minutes before anyone says anything tome. Another lady who came 5 minutes after me got her order taken before me. The food station was so dirty and the meat slicerthe girl took a rag and wiped the food to the floor or garbage don't know. I was speaking loudly but she acted like she couldn'thear me because I was wearing a mask. I placed my order, I believe I was in there at least 20 minutes. As far as the sandwich Igot turkey,ham and cheese. It was ok, not all that to make me go out the way to return. I got my daughter a tuna with seasoningshe said it was good with the seasoning. I'm glad I tried it, but to not be acknowledged and to spend that long for an oksandwich. I won't be returning at least not this location. Ordered 3 sandwiches, only one of them was correct. One of the incorrect ones had mayo, but doesn't normally have it on the... sandwich. The other was a number 8, the club sub and had no bacon. Read more
Food was pretty good. However, I ordered through the app. When into the establishment to retrieve my food and I stood at the... counter at least 5 minutes prior to someone acknowledging me. The man assembling boxes just looked at me. And the person at thegrill glanced at me a couple of time then walked over to asked if I needed anything. I explained my food was seating on thecounter. Yesterday was my first Jersey Mike's experience, and it will probably be the last at this location at least. I don't know if... it was a bad day, or the business is usually run this poorly. When I entered, three people were working behind the counter. There was one other customer in the store besides me. None of the three employees said hi or "we will be with you shortly." Noone acknowledged me for at least 4-5 minutes. My other issue is that the staff appears to prioritize online orders over inperson orders. During the 4-5 minutes of being ignored, all three staff were working on online orders. The staff is good aboutwearing gloves when preparing food. I wish they would wash their hands more often though. One of the employees was scratchinghimself in the food prep area with ungloved hands. He then put on gloves and began preparing a customer's sandwich, withoutwashing his hands. That grossed me out and made me glad he didn't touch my sandwich. After they rang up my order, their systemcrashed and they weren't able to process payment or receive online orders. The staff was apologetic to customers, and offeredfree chips and drinks to people inconvenienced. I thought that was considerate. The store was very cluttered. There werecases of unpacked beverages on the floor. A bunch of tables in the customer eating area were occupied with papers and storeuniforms. The TV in the store was tuned to what appears to be a violent video game. In terms of my food. I had the cheesesteak sandwich. It was good, but I think $14 for what looks to be a footlong sub, is pricey. Read more

Used to eating at the Highland one so figured i'd try this. Staff was friendly, place was shorta of clean, temp inside was ok.... Bathroom was cleaned. Ordered a grill chicken wrapp like I'd been doing for years. This time came with ground up chicken like asloppy Joe style. Got all in my teeth. Yused to come with grill chicken breast. They run a break room and front office in onethe tables. So you thier drink cups out, thier purses, apers and everything. Very unprofessional.. Read more
