I will always believe they are the safest restaurant chain in the world! The American government has forced McDonald's to alter... their menu and selling practices. No other restaurant has gone through the same. Yet, I can still get my quarter pounder or fishsandwich with a smile. There's American apple pie then there's McDonald's. God Bless! Read more
This morning I placed a Mobile order to this mcdonalds for breakfast. I arrived to the establishment before 1030 am (the time... they stop serving breakfast) and pulled up to the drive through speaker and told them my mobile pick up number. The employeerepeated my order and told me to drive forward to the first window. As I did I was given my receipt and told to advance to thefinal window to receive my food. Once I pulled up to the final window I was told my order was canceled. When I asked why I wastold a manager would come talk to me. The manager then came and told me my ordered was canceled and thrown away and my onlyoption was to receive a refund. When I asked why my order couldn't be remade since I infact did not cancel my order and actuallywanted the food the manager then threatened to call the police on me if I didn't take the refund. I will never return to thisMcDonald's and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience. Read more
Went a little later than usual and the line was quick and the food was still all hot and made how it was ordered. Great... location, I've been multiple times and it's definitely one of the better McDonald's in the area. Read more
Okay let's be truthful here McDonald's is McDonald's and they have it about the same at every other McD's. But this Munster... location has it down. They don't mess up orders, the food is better than other McDonald's, they move you through the drivethrough line fast. I don't eat inside so i can only taste the drive thru. Read more
Drive through was very crowded so surprised to get home with ice cold fries and 2 cold quarter pounders with cheese. Very... disappointed. Second time this has happened. This used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area. Read more
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and about 3 bites in, I came across this. The middle is not cooked at all and was very... chewy. I tried calling to see if they would be willing to refund me but it kept ringing for about 3 minutes with no answer orvoicemail. I will definitely not be getting the chicken again anytime soon!
