Ordered for delivery today and was pleasantly surprised at the quality control! I got the Broccoli Cheddar Family Soup & 2... Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everything was fresh and perfectly made. Just placed an order for a Tomato Soup Bread Bowl, bread on the side, with a Charged Lemonade. Received a bowl of soup, instead... of a bread bowl, lid was not secure! When opening soup spilled everywhere. Why does a customer always have to check every orderto see if it is correct? Waste of time and money., Read more
The morning manager (older gray haired lady, name starts with a ?B?) is very stand offish to a certain type of clientele. I know... this because her entire personality changes when it?s my turn or other ?clientele?s? turn to order. I?ve seen her be short andrude to the staff. Never yelling, just not nice. I order through drive thru, the girl was giggling the whole time I was ordering. Never experienced this type of behavior before... but maybe they should give her a different position. All 3 smoothies taste sour, ???? . They did not have wraps nor bagelstoday. My 3 breakfast sandwiches took 18 minutes, the smoothies melted by the time the sandwiches were ready. Never again. I love the Fuji salad and order it often. My only complaint is EVERYTIME I order this salad I have to order extra dressing... because the cups are 1/4 full. For the price of this salad I should get a full cup of dressing. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous. The worst panera I have ever been too. The bread of one of my sandwhichs was not even toasted and the... chicken on the sandwhich WAS FREEZING! This location is not worth the money. The line also moves SO SLOW. Deserves zero stars. Read more
