Chocolate chip brownies crumbled into little pieces. Don't order them. When I called the store, I was told that happened... because we didn't eat them right away and left them in their container for several hours. No attempt whatsoever to rectify abad situation. Have visited 3 times. It's a hit or miss. One of those times the food was greasy and overcooked. I usually place my order... online, but the staff is friendly upon arrival. During my last visit, which is my last, to my horror, I was the only one wearinga mask no one in the store, staff or customers were masked and they were just moving along as if it's not a global pandemic. Just moved here a few weeks ago but ordered once before that. Service is always prompt and friendly, order is always correct,... food is always hot and this time my delivery was earlier than quoted. Driver called and was friendly as well. *Updated*. Justordered wings and a modified large pizza. Delivery time was perfect. Pizza was hot and cooked perfectly. For the price, they make decent pizza. I typically order 10 minutes ahead via the Papa John's app. The pizza is usually ready... by the time I arrive. I have only had two issues with this location. Most recently, I asked for a few packets of crushed redpepper when I picked up my pizza. I was told they would charge me for the packets. I have been to several Papa John'slocations, and I have never been charged for crushed red pepper. The other issue was that I found a coupon code onRetailMeNot.com and used it. When I picked up the pizza, the cashier at the store expressed dissatisfaction with how cheap mypizza was. Read more
I ordered my pizza online and it said that my order would arrive in 25-35 minutes. It took over and hour for my pizza to be... delivered. I called the restaurant after I waited 45 mintues for my pizza to be delivered before I called the restaurant to seeif there was a problem with my order. When they answered the phone they immediately put me on hold for about 10 minutes beforeI hung up the phone. When I called them I wasn't mad, I just wanted to know when the pizza would be delivered. This is thefirst time this has happened to me and I order from here quite a bit as my kids love it. Despite the bad delivery service Iwill probably order from here again for my kids. I'm going to end my review on a positive note by adding that my food was pipinghot when it was delivered and my order was correct. Read more
I eat here quite frequently for lunch at work. We have never had a bad experience in the numerous times we've gotten pizza from... here. The staff is always extremely friendly, and we always receive our pizza in a reasonable amount of time. Obviously yourmileage may vary if you order during more peak hours(we typically order around 11 am), but this has been my personal experience.We've never had an issue with them getting our order incorrect. Just moved to the area, and needed a quick bite to eat for the family. Cause you can't go wrong with pizza, well with this place... I can now say you can. Never had a chance to place my order because no one never came to even acknowledge that I was there. Ihad to literally call while standing in the store for any type of response. Only to have someone peak out from the back, andattend back to his conversation. This place should have an "Undercover Boss" episode. With all the negative reviews, how arethey even making money.
