One if the worst experience I had with this specific location. I specifically told the lady I don?t want mushrooms in my... sandwich (due to allergies). As the order was for takeout, when I reached home I found that my sandwich had 80%mushrooms withone small avocado and very few other toppings. I had to take out all the mushrooms and scrape off the sandwich to make itedible, before throwing out most of the remainder sandwich. It?s petty to call the location and ask for refund but I wouldnever ever visit this location again as this had been my repeat experience. Lot of novice and customer-ignorant staff. Read more
I always choose this location because the food and service is always consistently great. It's not the closest location to my... home but I have never been let down. Tonight, I ordered online and picked up. I never really look at the order until I'm homeand ready to eat. These were the worst salads I've ever ordered from Potbelly. And I've been to several different locationsacross the city and Suburbs. At first look, I can see they were not as fully packed than I'm normally used to. When I open them,the apples intended for the uptown were in my underground farmhouse. Because eggs are in the farmhouse, i cant just move theapples to the uptown because its been mixed in with the egg. I tried to eat the farmhouse but there is an apple taste that doesnot mix well with the farmhouse ingredients. I dont know if I want to eat the Uptown. I feel like I wasted $22.
