2 of 3 pizzas not burnt! Very disappointing, they're usually on point. Horrible customer service! I've contacted the location... in reference to a credit that was supposed to be given to me if. I called the location, the supervisor was extremely rude! Also,the amount that they were supposed to give me for the two pizzas, I was only given credit for one! I would give the young people who work there 5 stars but my online order ticket went missing so they started my order when I got... there to pick up. It took an additional 15-20 mins of waiting and I was fine with that. The young lady who had to break the badnews to me was apologetic and straight forward which I appreciated. They also threw in a free appetizer which I thought wasfair. Thanks to the hard working young people who took care of me, your hard work does not go unnoticed. BTW we love Rosati?spizza! Read more
I ordered 6 pizza's for my son's birthday party and while they were delivered in a reasonable time frame, the order was wrong. ... I ordered 2 family size cheese, 2 family size sausage, a and 2 family size pepperoni. I recieved 3 family size cheese, 2family size sausage and 1 family size pepperoni. This was a big problem as most of the kids wanted pepperoni. This has neverbeen a problem in the past. I was highly disappointed in not getting the proper order especially since it cost $200! Didn't try this place until earlier this year and it was a hit with my family, we've been going back regularly since, so I was... aware there was a new owner. We always order the Monster and up until today it's been delicious... today's Monster is anotherstory, with all the ingredients it takes to make this pizza I have no idea how it could be bland, whomever made it put all theblack olives in one spot on the pizza, could only taste pizza sauce in spots around the edges (didn't taste like what I was usedto, so maybe the new owner changed the sauce) like it was forgotten and someone went back and put it where they could. I mustsay that my Monster today was just a step above Awful and a huge waste of my hard earned money. I don't know if I ordered tooearly or what, but I should have taken the fact that the young lady taking my phone order needed help putting the Monster intheir system as a warning. Could be just a fluke or could be a warning to stay away...called back to complain and of course nomanager was available. Read more
