I love Starbucks, but I didn?t get my Christmas cup. I was a little salty overall still a great place lol.
I have got to say this is absolutely the best Starbucks I have been to. All the baristas are great, but I?d like to give a shout... out to two of them, I?m sorry I don?t know your names, even though you know mine! One has pink hair and the other is shorterwith black hair that?s always in a bun/pony tail and wears glasses. Thank you for always consistently making my Carmel RibbonCrunch awesome. The Starbucks that are near my house never make my drink well, I even had to stop ordering a large and startgetting a medium because the large would be just all ice it seemed. Drive thru staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile, and if you bring your dog, they always have a pup cup available... ???? Read more
I get the same drink every time I come here. Why should i order a drink, just to receive a cup that's only half full? The SAME... PERSON EVERY TIME always makes it half full, and always argues with me every time I tell them to fill it up more. 3 starsbecause the actual workers whoop here, but the acting "supervisors" or managers are super brash. I'd rather drive farther out ofmy way to avoid this interaction again. Read more
I ordered through Uber eats and I asked for my bagel and danish to be warmed and they weren't. Is it that hard to get my order... right? Very disappointed. It would be nice if the workers would prepare orders as if it were for them, with the same kind ofconsideration they would want. Read more
I love & prefer Starbucks, but I often choose Dunkin instead when I?m ordering near my home in Munster or I travel out of my way... to another Starbucks location because the service is consistently slow. It appears there are enough employees each time I go,but the service is still slow. I?m writing this while sitting in the drive-thru & it?s been 10 minutes. This Starbucks was very busy when I stop by about 10 a.m. this morning.there were 12 to 15 cars in line, and the outside parking... was not adequate. I had to park at a neighboring store's parking lot, to go in, and you know they don't like that.but, theproduct was good, even though I had to wait just a little bit, and the service was adequate. As I said, parking was a challengeand the line was quite long for drive through. Read more
The drive thru line is painful but I appreciate being able to go in and order regular coffee with cream and have it given to me... at the register rather than waiting with the fancier drink line. Read more
