I was at Arby's on Wednesday afternoon. Me and a gentleman infront of me, were waiting in a long line (which is fair, tends to... get busy) and when the gentleman finally gets his turn to say what he wants, he pulls out a "make it right" card which gives youa free meal for poor services last time you visit. And David owens, the general manager there, holds up his hand and says "Idon't have time to deal with that right now, let me get the people behind you" and made him wait until the whole line had moved. Fries were HORRIBLE! dark, grease was tainted - I had already driven off. Threw them away. I had just gone to Arby's a couple... days previously with friends in Shelbyville TN for the first time in several years. That experience was WONDERFUL! Second try to get food here. 2 cars ahead of me waited nearly 15 minutes. Wrong fries, jamoca shake was purely vanilla. Asked... for Arbys sauce and the employee was handing me 4 dropped 2 in the drive thru and closed the window. DONE! Read more
The drive thru speaker was not working and so i drove to the window and was greeted by the rudest fast food worker ever! She... acted like it was my fault and refused to take my order. Everyone please heed my warning...Do not go here under anycircumstances. In all my 46 years of life, i have never encountered anything like this before and right in front of my 8 yearold daughter! Crispy fish sandwich is really good (I prefer just the patty with a little tartar, though). But the fries were cold and dark,... and when I asked for fresh hot fries, she said, "We just put those out!" Ma'am. So, I'm a liar? She brought out hot fries,but HOW OLD IS THIS GREASE?!?!? ???? I went through the drive thru first, it was empty besides one other car which was ahead of me. The lady took forever to take the... order of the people in the car in front of me and then, when I finally got to the speaker, she took forever to acknowledge methere and when she did she said "I'll be right with you" and I ended up waiting about 5 minutes again before finally deciding topark and go inside instead. I'm very disappointed with this restaurant, the employees, and the service I was provided. Unlessyou are in no hurry or you have the patience of a Saint, I highly suggest finding lunch elsewhere!
